The rooms at Pyramisa are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is nice and helpful. We had some initial cleaning issues - but the manager quickly sorted them out and made sure our room was clean. Plus - the location is great - close to supermarkets and in a quiet area.

Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Hurghada. I stayed for 2 nights here and had a such wonderful time. I was offered a room with nice views of the sea. The staff were best and cooperative, and the free parking was available...

The room is perfect, huge and has sea views. The staff in general is cooperative and affable.

Food was the same every day, heavy and bad. Entertainment was very poor and the last 3 days was no entertainment, totally borring considering the hotel is so far from frpm any other possibillities in the city. And it,s so disturbing that everything is written in russian or chech.

The Resort was wonderful. 2 Big pools, closed to the sea, a lot of facilities accessibles, very good for families with little childrens.

I don't like the continuative disturbing of different people asking you for massages, diving courses etc. 95% of guests are from Russia, so evening shows where presented and spoken expecially fo russian and in russian language. Russian people are not so friendly.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the race area I traveled for. The staff, especially Ahmed El Sayex and Hesham at the reception, were incredibly helpful and patient with all our requests.

Breakfast delights could have been better, with more variety and options available for guests.

This place offers good value, my room was perfect with amenities like climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television, and the staff were decent.

Food was so bad, no varieties, poor all inclusive, pools was un clean & there was maintainance at the swimming pool during the day and the guests was in the pool, not enough path rooms around the pools & the sea, the animation team was soooooooooo bad.not like prima life makady bay or pick alpatros hotels

The pool at Pyramisa was absolutely delightful, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The view of the sea was also quite nice, although cars were not allowed to be present. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, and the front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at this incredible hotel complex was absolutely mind-blowing! The pools were super spacious and perfect for a refreshing dip, and the beach, although a bit of a trek, offered jaw-dropping views and amazing snorkeling opportunities for the kids. The staff, including District Manager Hussein and the amazing animation team, made our stay unforgettable with their friendly and entertaining personalities. The security guys were incredibly helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. Even though the studio room wasn't great, the location and cleanliness of the other rooms were top-notch. I can confidently say that this hotel complex is a paradise for relaxation and fun!
